1 lb peeled,deveined large shrimp

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1. cook pasta according to directions on box. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. Drain pasta and return it to pot
2. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp of the butter and the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute
3. Add shrimp, lemon zest, red pepper, and 1/2 tsp of salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are opaque,3 to 5 minutes; stir in lemon juice

Have you ever had to deal with a mean teacher, or maybe a really gruff nurse? These are two occupations that come to my mind when I think about professions that require some gentleness, kindness, patience, and compassion. With my son having severe asthma I have dealt with a lot of nurses and doctors, and every time we get a nurse that acts like she is doing us some big favor or that she has better things to do than taking care of her patients, I think to myself " why in the world did they ever become a nurse! As a nurse your job is to help people who need it. If you don't like people then PLEASE don't work in a profession that requires you to be around them and have to interact with them. It is so frustrating to watch and sometimes it takes everything I have to hold my tongue, when a nurse acts like it is so much work to get up off her chair at the nurses station and see to my sons needs. Now I realize that not all nurses are like this. We have had quite a few that we really liked and have gotten to know. All I am saying is that if you do not like people or taking care of them, then please find something else to do with your life.

I absolutely LOVE putting labels on my children's things especially since my daughter often looses things. I use them for just about everything! Lovable Labels was a huge help when it was back to school time and my child needed to have all of her things labeled with her name. The labels were adorable and the girly design we choose made them look all the better. They are practical, affordable and most importantly to me, they are durable!
